A induction program was organized by DGMC for the newly recruited faculties. Mr. Animesh Gupta was the resource person for the first two days of the induction. The first session began with an ice-breaking activity which compelled the teaching and non-teaching staff to interact.
On 8th June, 22 the second day, Animesh expounded on case studies with the participants. A situation replete with uncertainties and possibilities was interpreted in multiple ways and the possible outcome was discussed. There was constant negotiation among the faculty members on the best way to navigate the given situation
The last session involved giving a demonstration lecture. Faculty were given 6 minutes to prepare on any topic and submit their assignment.
The induction program was an illuminating experience. There was a harmonious relationship among the professors and non-teaching staff.
